Home Sweet Home
After a long, 17 hour flight, the U.S. Team is back in the states! Most of us are all enjoying our layovers in Atlanta because we finally have WiFi connection! I’ve been using the time to post pictures from the trip. We had a smooth flight and everyone slept most of the way. We arrived in Atlanta at 5:30 am today and we are all heading back to our separate homes. Everyone is happy to be back but sad to be leaving each other. It was an amazing trip with amazing people and ultimately, and amazing accomplishment! My teammates and I are thrilled to be bringing back both trophies and our gold medals!
Thanks for following the team throughout our journey! I will continue to post more photos and feel free to ask me any questions you may have about the trip, world cup, the team, or anything of the sort! Just look under the title of the blog and click on “Ask me anything”. I would be happy to answer any questions! Thank you and GO USA!
